Buttermilk Pancakes
Who needs pancake mix when you can just make pancakes from scratch with this recipe. Check it out!
Here’s what you need:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
